FERRAGO
GOOD DAY
MR. HUGE
JUST GET BY
DIDA

The 2nd movement of The Third Wave commenced in a sleepy upper working class suburb of Chicago.

Seeking liberation from the effrontery of institutional learning and boring, unimaginative live shows, a small cavalcade of fledgling ska-ophiles congregated with the sole intent bringing music to the people.

Their mission was fraught with peril, they met with equal parts success and failure, rallied many to their cause; exploited none. Eventually, the trappings (and excesses) of capitalism lured them back to tha same institutions they sought to avoid.

Unlike those who sold their avant-garde roots for prosperity, an inkling, a genome, a single cinder remained smoldering. Many careers, girlfriends, children, breadlines, and politbureaus later, like a phoenix, the ember would be rekindled.

The catalyst for the 1st Movement of the 4th Wave would be elusive but ever pal-able as they reconvened in back alleys, parking garages, studio bedrooms, and coffeehouses primed with life experiences. Fed up with the unfullfilling banality of bourgeois existence, they once again threw off their shackles, denounced convention, recommitted to the cause, amasses arms, gathered forces of the willing and resurrected fallen comrades.

Purpose redefined through true craftsmanship, solid guitar, poignant trumpet, dedicated trombone, melodious bass sweet soulful vocals, hilarious inspired lyrics, The Peoples Dub-Ska-Reggae could be kept from them, no longer.
